| Before getting hired for a job, well need to get to know you as a loyal and hard working person first. In order to be eligible for employment at Sonic Wave International, you must first prove to us that you can represent us online and in the streets. Anything you can do to help spread the word about our Artists is strongly encouraged. The more you do, the more we trust that you are ready for the responsibility of being considered for employment. We need our Artists news, images, flyers, and mp3 links spread everywhere. This is the responsibility of the E-Team and Street Team. If you're good on the internet, you should spread Sonic Wave News online like crazy in blogs, chat rooms, and message boards. You will also have access to download and print out flyers to pass out at shows and concerts (for both Sonic Wave and non-Sonic Wave events) as well as to place on car windshields and bulletin boards in your neighborhood.
Being part of the TEAMS is a DAILY effort. Not a day should go by where you are not spreading the Sonic Wave Word. You should also go to record stores in your area and drop off flyers and send in pictures of any displays or ads that you've set up for your favorite Artist(s). Sonic Wave International needs creative people who have a good sense of how to market our Artists in your area (legally :D). The TEAM members don't get paid with money, but you get paid NICELY in other rewards. |
